If you have already bought your Final Four tickets and you need a visa to the UK, please apply for your visa immediately in order to make sure you will not miss the event!
We would advise all fans to ask about visa application procedures at their local British embassies or consulates.

The Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four, the highlight of the European basketball season, will take place at The O2 in London on May 10 and 12, 2013.
Back to top >How are the games bracketed?
24 teams will compete during the season to earn a spot in the 2013 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four London. The best four teams will move on to this phase to play a thrilling single-elimination tournament to fight for the title of 2012-2013 Turkish Airlines Euroleague champion.
Back to top >What's the schedule for the finals?
The Games will take place on May 10 and May 12, 2013. The Semi-Finals will be played on Friday, May 10, while the Third Place Game and the Final will be played on Sunday, May 12.

Game times for both days are: Doors open at 3:00PM. Game 1 starts at 5:00PM, Game 2 starts at 8:00PM. All schedules are subject to change.

Tickets will be sold by category only. To purchase a ticket, all fans must select their favourite team to start the purchase process. A ticket gives access to all four games of the Turkish Airlines Final Four. Back to top >
If I need Accessible Seating, what do I do?
For Accessible Seats (available on a first come, first served basis) please send an email to access@theo2.co.uk or call +44 (0)208 463 3359. Accessible Seating may not be available unless it is arranged in advance.
Back to top >How are seat allocated?
Seats are only sold by category and seat allocation will be completed once the participating teams are known, based on the team selected by each fan/group. If permitted by the security criteria, the system will allocate the best available seats to those who bought the Tickets first (respecting in all cases the primary criteria of team selection for security reasons). The system will, whenever possible, allocate adjacent seats to Tickets within the same purchase.

Every customer can order a maximum of 6 Tickets. These 6 tickets can only be bought at the same time and in the same category.

Payment by credit or debit card: This method of payment is the only available option for this Event. Tickets can only be purchased by any active credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card) with the CVC number.
Back to top >What kind of information will be required and will my credit card be safe?
After selecting the card of your choice (Visa or MasterCard), please enter your card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card. SSL encryption for secure credit card payment has been adopted to ensure the confidentiality of your credit card data. This means that from the moment they are entered and transferred on the internet, they cannot be read.

You can print a receipt once the payment has been processed. You will also have a receipt sent to the email address you used at purchase.

You will receive your tickets at the email address provided by you during the registration process. For security reasons the tickets will not be sent until on or around 29/04/2013.

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. You are required to present photo identification at the O2 arena.

Resale of the Ticket is only permitted through our official secondary ticketing partner Viagogo at www.viagogo.com. Resale or attempted resale or purchase of a Ticket other than via our authorised ticket agents are grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation.

Euroleague Basketball and The O2 Arena reserve the right to reseat people for security reasons.
Back to top >What's the policy on young children?
Children under 18 months may enter without a Ticket, but must sit on their parent or guardian's lap. Children born earlier than 10/11/2011 will not be allowed to enter without a valid ticket. In order to demonstrate the age of the child, their ID will have to be shown at the entrance.
Back to top >Can I bring a camera to take pictures or videos of the event?
Standard handycams, HD and digital cameras up to 10 megapixels are allowed into the arena. Audiovisual equipment with resolution greater than 10 megapixels will not be allowed into the arena. Taking photographs for other purposes than personal use is forbidden. Likewise, recording, reproducing and/or transmitting the Event (either before the Event, during its course, breaks or half-time, or after the Event), totally or partially, in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to the transmission through the internet and mobile telephones, is forbidden.
