The 2019 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Vitoria
Gasteiz, the showcase event of the European basketball season, will take place
at the Fernando Buesa Arena in Vitoria Gasteiz from 17th to 19th
May 2019.
What is the schedule for the
2019 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Vitoria Gasteiz?
The games will take place on the 17th and 19th
May 2019. The Semifinals will be played on Friday, 17th May,
commencing at 17:00 CET, while the Third Place Game and the Championship Game
will be held on Sunday, 19th May, starting at
18:00 CET. Be aware the Euroleague Basketball reserves the right to change the
date and time of the games. In such case, ticket holders will be informed of
the change.
What credit cards or methods of payment are accepted?
Payment by credit or debit card: This method of
payment is the only available option for this Event. Tickets can only be
purchased by an active credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express
or other cards) with the relevant CVC.
What type of information will be required, and will my credit card be safe?
After selecting the card of your choice, please enter
your card number, expiry date and the CVC appearing on the back side of the
card. SSL encryption for secure credit card payment has been adopted to ensure
the confidentiality of your credit or debit card data. This means that from the
moment they are entered and transferred on the internet, they cannot be read.
How and when can I print my Tickets?
After you have completed the purchase of tickets, you
will receive a confirmation email with a reference number that will inform you
of when the tickets will be sent to you automatically. You will receive your
tickets by email once the 4 qualifying teams for the Final Four are known. That
is to say that starting from May 7th, 2019 you will start receiving
your tickets in a one-week period.
Can I sell my Tickets to a resale
ticketing service?
Resale of the Ticket is only permitted through the
platform of our Official Ticketing Partner, StubHub. You can find a link to
their resale platform on www.f4tickets.com.
Resale or attempted resale or purchase of a ticket via other than our
authorised ticket agents are grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund
or compensation.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged
18 or over. Children who have not reached the age of 36 months by 17th
May 2019 may enter the Arena without a Ticket provided that they are
accompanied by an adult, with whom they will share the seat. Children born
earlier than 17th May 2016 will not be allowed to enter the Arena
without a Ticket. In order to demonstrate the age of the child, their ID or any
other proof of age will have to be shown at the entrance.
Can I bring a camera to take pictures or
shoot videos of the Event?
Standard hand-held cameras and HD and digital cameras
up to 10 megapixels are allowed into the Arena. Audiovisual equipment with
resolution greater than 10 megapixels will also be allowed into the Arena. In
this case, the identification of the person bringing this equipment together
with the equipment details may be requested for informational purposes. Taking
photographs for purposes other than personal use is forbidden. Likewise,
recording, reproducing and/or transmitting the Event (either before the Event,
during its course, breaks or half-time, or after the Event), totally or
partially, in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to the
transmission through the internet and mobile telephones, is forbidden.
What if I purchase my Tickets
from an unofficial resale service or broker?
Tickets purchased at non-official platforms will not
be considered as valid, and therefore will not grant access to the Event.
